Managing Products & Files

A complete guide to creating, organizing, and monitoring your digital products.

Creating a Product

To create a new product:

  1. Navigate to the Products dashboard.
  2. Click the New Product button in the top right.
  3. Product Name: An internal name for you to identify this item.
  4. Product Code: A unique key (e.g., MY-EBOOK-001) used for reference and link generation.
  5. Category: Organize your items (e.g., E-Books, Assets, Source Code).
  6. Files: Drag and drop your files. You can upload multiple files at once.

Organizing & Finding Products

As your catalog grows, use the toolbar to find items quickly:

Search

Use the search bar to find products by Name, Code, or Destination URL. You can change the search scope using the dropdown next to the search box.

Status & Category

Filter your list to show only Active, Paused, or Archived products, or filter by specific categories like "E-Books".

Advanced Actions

Click the Actions (•••) menu on any row to access more options:

  • Edit Details: Update the name, code, or category.
  • Manage Files: Add new files or remove old version files without changing the product link.
  • View Stats: See specific performance metrics for just that product.
  • Pause/Resume: Temporarily disable all links for a product. Users will see a "Maintenance" message.
  • Archive: Move the product to the archive. It won't appear in creating order lists but retains its data.

Bulk Operations

CSV Import

Have a lot of products? proper CSV format. Click Import CSV to download a template and bulk-upload your catalog.

CSV Export

You can export your entire product list to CSV at any time for backup or analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.
