Email Deliverability

Ensure your secure download links never hit the spam folder. Master the art of inbox placement.

Authentication

Proving you are who you say you are via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Content Quality

Using clean, valid HTML and balanced text-to-image ratios.

Reputation

Monitoring your sending volume and engagement rates.

Technical Checklist

Verify your Domain (SPF/DKIM)

If you are using a custom HTTP API provider like Resend or Postmark, you must add the DNS records they provide to your domain. This tells receiving servers like Gmail that our engine is authorized to send mail for your company.

Use a Professional From Address

Avoid using free generic addresses (like [email protected]) to send transactional mail. Always use a domain you own (e.g., [email protected]).

Keep Your List Clean

Transactional emails sent via Aranly are expected to be requested by the user. Sending to non-permission-based lists will quickly destroy your sender reputation.

Falling Into Spam?

Common Culprit #1

Missing SPF Record

Check your DNS settings. Ensure your domain has an v=spf1 record that includes your email provider's include statement.

Common Culprit #2

Unconfirmed Sender Identity

If using Amazon SES or SendGrid, ensure you have verified the specific "From" email address or the entire domain in their dashboard.
